At DSA’s 200,000 square-foot facility, we manufacture permanent and semi-permanent merchandising displays and store fixtures from wire, tube, sheet metal, wood and acrylic. We utilize state-of-the-art equipment. Our formalized quality-control program throughout all aspects of our organization ensures safety, consistency and efficiency.

Our on-site, automated Nordson Powder Coating system provides durable protection and clean, vibrant color. DSA’s powder-coating specialists assist our clients in selecting the proper color and specialty finish, ensuring the final product is perfectly suited to its intended retail environment. The system can handle units measuring up to 3 feet x 6 feet wide, and up to 10 feet long.

Whether working from one of our own custom designs or using customer-supplied specs, we validate each concept through the development and customer approval of a full-scale prototype. We control the manufacturing process from start to finish, guaranteeing a quality result that delivers on time and on budget.

We regularly design and manage development of a project’s graphic components as well, again providing a single-source solution for our customers.

Established Import Manufacturing Relationship

To increase capacity and manage costs, DSA has developed an exclusive, multi-year relationship with our overseas partners, who directly control two facilities with over 500,000 square feet of state-of-the-art manufacturing capabilities and equipment. When lead times permit, DSA utilizes this relationship to help our customers optimize their merchandising budgets. For major launches where speed to market is critical, DSA has effectively implemented a blended manufacturing plan with initial production occurring domestically, followed up by import manufacturing that supports the later stages of a project.
