Extensive Fulfillment Capabilities Optimize Distribution Efficiency           

Conveniently located in the central United States, DSA provides a full range of warehousing and fulfillment services for our customers. Our experienced staff includes Logistics Experts, who work closely with our customers to determine the quickest, most effective way to pack and ship each project — whether it involves full truckloads to a single warehouse or individual drop shipments direct to stores across the country. Our Customer Service Representatives work closely with the Logistics Department to ensure orders arrive on schedule and to provide tracking and delivery information as needed. In addition, our relationship with RockTenn Merchandising Displays provides regional warehousing options, as well as co-packing expertise to support customer initiatives that need to ship with product pre-packed into the displays.

We also provide warehousing, inventory management, order processing and shipping to support many of our customers’ stock display programs. We developed a proprietary web-based order management system that is password-protected. It can be customized to meet specific client requirements and provide automated reports to assist with program management.
