DSA’s Account Services Team Ensures That Every Project Is On Time and On Budget
At DSA, the Account Services Team is made up of three groups – Sales, Project Management and Customer Service – working in concert to ensure every project comes together and delivers the desired results on time and on budget. Furthermore, our team provides the necessary support after the project is delivered.
The key to a successful project is developing a clear understanding of the goals and parameters up front. The DSA Sales Team is composed of a diverse group of individuals who have extensive retail, brand marketing and display manufacturing expertise. In addition, through our affiliation with RockTenn Merchandising Displays, we have access to an extensive network of industry professionals. We can quickly obtain retail display specs, retail audit photos and industry insight from virtually any category or geographic region. Our team works closely with each customer to clarify the true objectives of a project, evaluate the challenges from an operational perspective and, apply available market insight to ensure the design process is focused from day one.
The DSA team understands the “sell-in” process for a project, both internally and externally. We work closely with our clients to provide detailed renderings, cost estimates, key selling points and test scenarios to help our customers sell to their target audience. We can accompany clients to meetings in direct support of a project.
We also have significant experience managing projects involving multiple stakeholders. Whether it is a retailer-driven category initiative or a manufacturer-led project that pulls in products from multiple categories to create a “shopper solution center,” the DSA team can handle the management of such complex projects.
Our Project Management Team provides the interface between Sales and the rest of the organization. Once the initial design work is completed, our project managers work with Sales and other internal departments to develop and manage the process flow through engineering, prototype, manufacturing and logistics. Once a timeline is agreed upon with a customer, the Project Management Team ensures that key milestones are met and the project stays on track.
DSA’s Customer Service Team handles a broad range of responsibilities including:
- Day-to-day management of customer-specific stock fulfillment programs.
- Inventory management and order processing to ensure prompt shipment of displays to retailers or sales representatives across the country.
- Dedicated support for major customer roll-outs through a unique toll-free number.
- Ongoing field support for sales representatives and retailers who have questions or special requests.
