Joint Venture with RockTenn Merchandising Displays
Through our joint-venture relationship with RockTenn Merchandising Displays, DSA enjoys access to a national logistics network that includes 12 sales and design centers, three model shops, two manufacturing plants and ten fulfillment centers. We can engage an award-winning creative staff that spans the nation, including over 60 creative directors and designers with expertise across a broad range of categories, trade classes and retailers. Finally, we have access to an ever-expanding collection of retail insights driven by extensive involvement in industry research; an ongoing retail audit program; and development of the ShopperGauge Program, an in-store data gathering initiative designed to build a deeper understanding of shopping behaviors.
Global Manufacturing
To expand overall capacity and manage costs, Display Source Alliance has established a direct relationship with an overseas display manufacturer. Throughout our exclusive eight-plus year relationship, we have worked closely with our import partner to ensure consistent quality and to reduce delivery cycle time. DSA often employs a blended manufacturing strategy – domestically producing initial quantities to optimize speed to market, and then finishing the order with import production—which reduces costs.
In-store Support
DSA has developed a preferred list of quality partners to assist with the in-store elements of our projects. Utilizing our extensive retail and brand marketing background, DSA provides single-source accountability to our customers. We manage projects from initial photo audits and site surveys through installation and planogramming. Customers can track progress every step of the way through real-time updates on a password-protected web portal.
